Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

  • No. Once order is placed there is no modifying or canceling the order. If address is incorrect email artisanalseam@gmail.com as soon as possible and before processing.

How will I know my order was confirmed?

  • You will know when your order is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation.

How long does it take to process orders?

  • We are a family business, so orders can take up to 1-2 processing business days not including weekends or holidays. 

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping takes about 2-3 days to update. Please refer to our shipping guideline for more shipping details.

Do you offer international shipping?

  • No.

How do I track my order?

  • Once the order is fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We process and manufacture all products will limited quantities so all items are final sale.

How do I start a return or exchange?

  • No returns or exchanges. If there is an issue of the items reach out to artisanalseam@gmail.com or our Instagram @artisanal.seam before 7 days.

  • Our products vary in material. Most of our garments are double-lined to create seamless, non see-through wear.

  • Wash with care.

  • Yes. We do not share information with any site or application. 

My payment won't process.

  • Double-check that your payment and billing details are correct. Try using a different payment if issue persists. If still unable to place order, contact our Customer Service for help.
