Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Artisanal Seam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at artisanalseam@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will make it right.

Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.
